Ms. Debra Lynn Daniels departed this life on Monday morning, August 29, 2022.
As a native and lifelong resident of Rockingham County, North Carolina, she attended the local public schools and was a graduate of Rockingham County High School, Class of 1981. Debra was a former employee of Stop & Shop Convenient Store and was of the Baptist faith.
Her parents, Thelma Sparks Daniels and William Russell Daniels; sister, Susan Phillips, preceded her in death.
Survivors are: loving children, Jessica Noel Daniels Garcia (Prudencio) and William Daniel “Danny” Smith; grandchildren, Christina Castaneda and Lydia Castaneda; nephew, Greg Bray; special friend, Tammy Jawaid; other relatives, friends, staff of Higher Standards Group Home, doctors and medical staff.
Memorial services will be conducted 6:00 p.m. Monday, September 5, 2022 from the chapel of Johnson & Sons, 115 Holderby Street with Pastor Christopher Cox presiding.
