Jack attended Elon College and had a long career in the trucking industry in various positions from North Carolina to Pennsylvania and Ohio to New York City.
The late Becky Hoover Strutton was Jack’s beloved wife with a love story that began when they met on a school bus and grew stronger each of their 67-year marriage.
