Chandler Wayne Bullins, walked through the gates of heaven, September 3, 2023, at the age of 18 following a tragic accident.
He was born June 24, 2005 in Guilford County to Donnie Wayne Bullins Jr. and Ami Braxton Bullins. Chandler was an employee at ULCS as a lineman and was so proud to hold that title. An avid duck hunter, fisherman and outdoorsman; He never missed a chance to spend time hunting or hanging out with his friends. Chandler was determined to always have a good time wherever he was.
