Billy “Bill” Frank Isley, 89, passed away on Wednesday, October 12, 2022.
The funeral service will be conducted at 3 p.m. on Sunday, October 16, 2022 in the Colonial Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in the Sardis Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends beginning at 1 p.m. on Sunday at the funeral home.
