Request approval of the Rockingham County Board of Commissioners 2025 Meeting Schedule.
B. Rodney Stewart, RCEMS Operations Supervisor
Request approval for the financial statement of accounting reports of billing and collections activity for September 2024 and approve accounts uncollected that are to be written off. Lists of accounts are maintained and available for inspection in the EMS Office.
C. Todd Hurst, Tax Administrator
Request the approval of all refunds for October 9, 2024 thru October 22, 2024.
D. Mandy McGhee, Finance Director
Request increase to Soil and Conservation budget by $101,020 for the North Carolina Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (NCDACS) Division of Soil and Water Conservation grant awarded for the StreamFlow Rehabilitation Assistance Program (StRAP).

Request that the Board review the newest RFA utilizing Opioid Settlement Funding for up to $2 million (-$500,000 per Awardee or any Combination not to exceed $2 million) to be awarded over the next 3 years for any of the following Strategies found in Exhibit A of the NC MOA. This will be 100% Opioid Settlement Funds.
Strategy 2 – Evidenced-Based Addiction Treatment
Strategy 3 – Recovery Support Services
Strategy 4 – Recovery Housing Support
Strategy 5 – Employment-Related Services
Strategy 6 – Early Intervention
