(Eden, NC) – On 03/13/2025 after an extensive investigation, the Eden Police Department Special Operations Division has charged Jermaine Laquan Carter “Quan”, 37, of 409 Greenwood St. Eden N.C., for the following:
- Trafficking, Opium or Heroin
- M/S/D/P a controlled substance within 1,000 of a Park
- Possession of Cocaine
- Possession of Marijuana
- PWISD Cocaine
- Possession of Sch II
- PWISD Marijuana
- Maintain a vehicle/dwelling for selling a controlled substance
- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Carter was transported to the Rockingham County Magistrates Office where he was given a 200,000 Secure Bond. Jermaine Laquan Carter is to appear in Wentworth District Court on March, 20th, 2025 at 9:00am.
