City of Eden Reports Two Sanitary Sewer Overflows As a Result of Tropical Storm Debby

(Eden, NC) – On August 9 the City of Eden reported two sanitary sewer overflows from pump stations that made it to surface water.
- Railroad Pump Station – Located off Highway 770 – approximately 13,000 gallons
- Covenant Pump Station – Located off Long Road – approximately 13,000 gallons
Both overflows were due to extreme weather conditions during Tropical Storm Debby.
