Nancy Jo Hubbard, 83, passed away on Wednesday, September 7, 2022.
The family will be holding a private service held at a later date.
Nancy was born on July 4, 1939 in Lexington, North Carolina to the late James and Era Della Varner. She loved to read, shop, explore nature, and spend time with her family.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Hubbard; and brother, James M Varner.
She is survived by Melee V Morse, and T. Brandon Varner and wife Chrissy who she considered as her own children; brother, Tony W. Varner and wife Bonnie; sister, Jessie Clark; nieces and nephews; Michelle Crawley (Chris), Cindy Shannon (Howard), Brenda Strength, Mike Varner (Karen), and Gayle Webb (Mike), Kristie Sullivan (Mike), Timmy Varner (Sam), Jan Lewis (Kevin), Jill Ducker (Scott); great-nieces and great-nephews, Tanner Morse, Trevor Morse, and Caroline Crawley, Lauren Phelps and children, Brooke Morris (Kenneth) and children, Cameron Smith, Brody Smith, McKinzie Hubbard, Cassidy Hubbard; numerous extended family members; and special friend LeeAnn Hubbard.
In lieu of flowers, please make donations in her memory to St. Jude at 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
