Larry Dale Clifton, 76, of Eden passed away Sunday, September 22, 2024 at his home.

A memorial service will be held at 2pm Friday, September 27, 2024 at Fair Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service, from 1-2pm, at Fair Funeral Home Chapel.

Larry was born May 7, 1948 in Rockingham County, NC, to the late Bronza Clifton and Lula Kennon Clifton. He served in the U.S. Army. Larry worked as a machine operator for Fieldcrest Mills until his retirement.

Surviving is his loving wife, Shirley Ann Echols Clifton; son, Larry Dale Clifton, Jr., of Eden; grandchildren, Jacob Clifton and Cory Clifton of Reidsville; brothers, Randy Clifton and Robert Clifton; sister, Diane Hill.

In addition to his parents, Larry is preceded in death by his son, Keith Edward Clifton.
