Two Facing Charges Following Cyber Tip Is Submitted To The North Carolina Internet Crimes Against Children (NCICAC)

(Reidsville, NC) – The Reidsville Police Department executed a Search Warrant at 1063 N. Scales Street, Apartment H, regarding child pornography after the North Carolina Internet Crimes Against Children (NCICAC) received a cyber tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

Evidence of child pornography and narcotics were seized during the Search Warrant.

Two arrest were made as a result of the Search Warrant.

Steven James Dickerson, age 53, was arrested for Possession of Child Pornography, Possession of Methamphetamines, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Dickerson was placed in Rockingham County Jail under a $350,000 secured bond, with a court date of August 27, 2024. Joshua Flynn, age 50, was charged with Trafficking Methamphetamines, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Failing to Register as a Sex Offender in Rockingham County. Flynn was placed in Rockingham County Jail under a $350,000 secured bond, with a court date of August 27, 2024.
