Obituary: WILLIE MAE (EASTWOOD) PINNIX

Willie Mae Eastwood Pinnix, 90, of Reidsville, went to be with the Lord Thursday August 8, 2024 at Annie Penn Hospital.
A native of Caswell County, she was a daughter of the late Roy Clarence and Annie McCullough Eastwood and had lived most of her life in Rockingham County. A member of Crossroads Baptist Church, she was a retired employee of Creighton Shirtmakers and after retirement she worked at the Alteration Shop. She enjoyed sewing, crafts, gardening, canning of which she won several ribbons for her canning. Willie Mae was preceded in death by her husband: Eugene Ronald Pinnix, an infant brother, and a brother Bobby Eastwood, and her sisters: Emily E. Kimbro, Frances E. Pruitt, Hazel E. Dabbs, Gladys E. Rice, and Mary Eastwood.
Survivors include her daughters: Wanda P. Brown (Steve Johnson) and Janice P. Stone (Allen) both of Reidsville, brothers: Roy Eastwood, Jr. (Emily), Glen Eastwood ((Janet) and Billy Eastwood (Virginia) all of Reidsville, James Eastwood (Jean), and Danny Eastwood (Rhonda) both of Eden, and Larry Eastwood (Evelyn Sapp) of Mayodan, sisters: Ethelyne Campbell of Mebane and Helen Cross (Junior) of Reidsville, grandchildren: Jeff Brown (Heather) Melody Brown, Scott Stone (Kimberly) and Josh Stone (Courtney) great grandchildren: Caleb, Katie, Lauren, Luke, Bella, Gracie, Beth, Sophia, Allie, and Michaela, great great grandchildren: Brantley and Lily.
The family will see friends from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM Saturday, August 10, 2024, at Citty Funeral Home and at other times they will be at 885 Manley Farm Rd. Reidsville, NC
