Jaxon Kole Welch, received his angel wings at birth on Monday, June 13, 2022, at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center.
A 6:00 p.m. memorial service will be held on Monday, June 20, 2022, at Ray Funeral Home.
Jaxon was a perfect, beautiful boy that lived a perfect life. He looked just like his father and was blonde like his mother.
Jaxon was preceded in death by his brother, Jaylyn Welch; and his step-grandfather, Mike Joyner.
Those left to cherish his memory are his father, Justin Welch; his mother, Michelle Hawkins; his brothers, Austin Haley and Jordyn Welch; his grandparents, Garland Martin, Fonda Welch, Mary Martin, Anthony Hawkins, and Wendy Hawkins; his great-grandparents, Mary Alice Welch, Debra Edlin, Billy Edlin, Daphnie Belton, and Thurman Priddy; aunts, uncles, cousins, and special friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Ray Funeral Home to assist the family with expenses.
