John Mack Griffith, age 70, passed away Saturday morning, April 29, 2023, at his home.
A service to celebrate John’s life will be announced at a later date.
John was born April 15, 1953 in Martinsville, VA, to the late Frank Martin Griffith and Mary Ethel Anders Griffith. He was a retired carpenter.
He leaves behind two sisters, Alice Barham (Charles) and Jewel Griffith, along with a special friend and companion, Susie Adkins.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, John Matthew Griffith; seven brothers, Sam, Harley, Joe, Billy, Herman and infant brother, Dale and two sisters, Irene and infant sister, Mary Lou.
Colonial Funeral Home & Chapel in Madison is serving the family.
