Obituary: CHARLIE MASON DALTON

Charlie Mason Dalton, 84, of Eden passed away on Tuesday, April 4, 2023 at his residence.
A funeral will be held at 2 pm Friday, April 7, 2023 at Boone & Cooke Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1 until 2 pm before the service at the funeral home.
Charlie was born in Stoneville on August 5, 1938, a son of George and Elizabeth Dalton, both deceased. He was retired from Karastan Rugs with 38 years of service.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his siblings, Ruby Harris, Margaret Lawrence, Willie Dalton, Raymond Dalton, Frank Dalton, Jess Dalton and Bud Dalton.
Charlie is survived by his children, Andy Dalton of Eden, Michelle Spencer of Eden, Renee Lee and husband Dale of Bassett, VA and Monique Woods and husband Jon of Eden; his siblings, Thelma Goins of Stoneville, Annie Harris of Stoneville; his grandchildren, Seth Woods and Kayla Spencer and his best friend and care giver, Bill Via.
